1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Voice Anywhere ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Voice Anywhere provides speech-to-text transcription services for macOS, allowing you to dictate text into any application using your voice.
3. Free Trial
New users receive a 2-minute free trial of the speech-to-text service. Once the trial is exhausted, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
4. Subscription Terms
Pricing: Voice Anywhere Pro is available for $2.99 per month.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
